Last updated: September 30, 2026. This page is a general marketplace policy template for informational purposes and is not legal advice. Customize with counsel for your jurisdiction if needed.

This Copyright Policy explains ownership, licensing, and how to report infringement on Digital Assets Store (https://digitalassets.store).

1. Platform content

The Platform’s software, layout, logos, and documentation are protected by copyright and other IP rights owned by Digital Assets Store or its licensors. You may not copy or redistribute Platform materials except as allowed by law or written permission.

2. User-uploaded content

  • Authors/sellers retain ownership of original works they upload, subject to licenses granted to buyers and to Digital Assets Store a limited license to host, display, promote, and deliver the work on the Platform.
  • By uploading, you represent you have all rights needed to sell or license the work and that it does not infringe others’ copyrights, trademarks, or other rights.
  • Buyers receive only the license stated for the purchase (regular/extended/premium or free license terms). Purchase does not transfer ownership unless explicitly stated.

3. Premium+ & free items

Premium+ downloads and free items remain subject to the applicable license. Membership does not grant ownership or the right to resell source files as your own products.

4. Reporting infringement (notice)

If you believe content on Digital Assets Store infringes your copyright, send a notice via Contact Us or a workspace ticket including:

  • Your contact details and a statement of ownership or authority to act.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work.
  • URL(s) of the allegedly infringing material on digitalassets.store.
  • A good-faith statement that use is not authorized.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate (where required by applicable law such as the DMCA).

We may remove or disable access to disputed material and notify the uploader. Repeat infringers may lose selling privileges.

5. Counter-notice

If your listing was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, reply with a counter-notice including your contact details, identification of the removed material, and a statement that you have a good-faith belief the removal was erroneous. We may restore content consistent with applicable law.

6. Trademarks

Do not use third-party brands, logos, or product names in listings in a way that confuses buyers or implies false affiliation.
