Rules for authors, freelancers, and sellers listing products or services on Digital Assets Store.

These Seller Terms apply when you list digital items, freelance gigs, hire services, classifieds, or business marketplace assets on Digital Assets Store (https://digitalassets.store). Canonical URL: https://digitalassets.store/seller-terms. They supplement the Terms of use.

1. Eligibility

You must have a valid account and complete any seller verification or plan requirements shown in your workspace.
Listing digital products for sale may require an active seller plan where enabled.
You must be able to receive payouts and provide accurate tax/identity information when requested.

2. Your content & rights

You warrant that you own or control all rights needed to sell and license each listing.
Listings must not infringe copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, or third-party licenses.
You grant Digital Assets Store a limited license to host, display, promote, and deliver your content to buyers.
Buyers receive the license described in Licenses Terms (or your clearer listing-specific terms that do not reduce buyer rights below Platform minimums).

3. Listing quality

Use accurate titles, descriptions, previews, and category tags.
Do not upload malware, nulled/stolen goods, phishing kits, or spam.
Demos and screenshots must fairly represent the deliverable.
State technical requirements, included files, and support scope clearly.

4. Pricing, fees, and payouts

You set prices within Platform rules; commissions and fees apply as configured in admin settings.
Payouts follow the Platform’s withdrawal schedule and minimums.
You are responsible for taxes on your income; Digital Assets Store may collect or report amounts where required by law.

5. Support & refunds

Respond to buyer questions and refund requests in good faith and within a reasonable time.
Refunds follow the Refund Policy. Accepted refunds reverse the related sale earnings as implemented by the Platform.
Repeated quality or copyright issues may lead to suspension.

6. Services, escrow, and marketplace deals

Freelance/hire deliverables must match the agreed brief and package.
Do not ask buyers to bypass Platform fees or escrow when those tools are required for the order type.
Business/domain listings: disclose material facts; do not fabricate metrics.

7. Prohibited conduct

Review manipulation, fake sales, or keyword stuffing that misleads buyers.
Harassment, spam DMs, or scraping competitor listings.
Using the Platform to distribute illegal or export-controlled materials.

8. Termination

We may remove listings or suspend seller privileges for breaches of these Seller Terms, Copyright Policy, or applicable law. You may stop selling by unpublishing items and closing your seller plan where available; obligations for past sales continue.
